We all know that gamers have this image of just wasting time on playing, and not having a care for the world. Some people think that we have our own little virtual words where we crawl to whenever we feel threatened by the real world. But, why don't we change this perception of those non-gamers? Gamers are people who use their skills to better their personalities and characters in game, but who says we can't use those skills to help out other people?

HolyOrder™ started within their own ranks when some of their members had been affected by Typhoon Ondoy. Phase 1 of that operation included gathering of relief goods, and bringing those goods to the affected members. The operation was successful and those who went to bring the relief goods were Rolf (Allen Lagorza), Zeek (Curby Cepeda), Jyli (Mark Paulino), Meg Lagorza, Kohaku (Amber Ang), Xadie (Dax Darauay), and Ascheleigha (Katie Rodriguez). With the amount of goods that they brought, they were also able to provide goods and aid to some of the affected surrounding households of the member's house.

We are very proud of them who have taken time off their regular schedules and spent effort in bringing relief to our members and the surrounding community in the area where they went to. Praises!

But, the guild will not stop there. Operation: Gamers Have A Heart will be initiated after Phase 2 of the guild's Sagip ASA (Amass, Send, Aid) operation, which is being headed by Xadie and Ascheleigha. This new operation has two stages: Short Term and Long Term. Since there are still a lot of things to be done in the affected areas -- schools need to be cleaned up, and the like, the guild is looking for options on how to help out. For Long Term efforts, there are clean up campaigns, and there's the need to help build low-cost houses. There's a long list of options, so the guild is currently looking for suggestions.

This new operation will be open to the public, but we are hoping that more gamers (Online Gamers or Table Top gamers) would be help out and join in on the operation. Once plans have been finalized, information will again be posted so that implementation will go smoothly and more people can have the opportunity to participate.
