Due to schedule differences and priorities, changes will be made to the ranks, rules and regulations in the guild. Change in ranks will be done to make sure that the guild has an appropriate leader whenever the main guild leader or senates are offline. Do note that the ranks will not follow the overall guild ranking, but will be based on experience and tenure in RF.

Rules/Guidelines

To maintain the peace and order of the guild in-game, there are several things to regulate.

Levelling and PL Parties

Priorities have to be set up in order to figure out which characters have to be assisted first. But, the main thing to remember is that the other higher-levelled members are not there to PL the lower levelled members. Their enjoyment matters as much as the lower levels' ability to level up and compete with others. If the higher levels wants to do their quests, the lower levels must adjust until the higher levels are done with what they want to do.

For the higher levels: Spare time to assist the lower levels as well. Remember that their ability to cope with the war will also affect your efficiency.

As for prioritization, those nearing the milestones must be prioritized in the following order:

Level 54 10%
Level 50 70%
Level 49 60%
Level 46 50%
Level 44 50%

If your levels and % of experience are not within that range, you will be assisted only when the high levels are willing. They too have to level up.

AFK-ing during PL

From now on, this has to be lessened. The most amount of time that you can go AFK is 30 minutes. If you go AFK for more than that amount of time, you will be kicked from the PL party. The only time that you will be allowed to go AFK for more than that amount of time is if you are within 10% to the next level, or if the party leader permits.

Guildmates First

This is something that we have been trying to observe for a long time. It's difficult since we're always open to helping other people. But, do note that we have to cater to our own first since they're the people who we already trust and have shared several experiences with. From now on, respond to guildmates first before others. If you're the one who started the PL party, and there are members who just got online, ask the non-members in the guild to leave nicely.

Ranting and Finger Pointing

Ranting in the guild has to be in the minimum. When it's about other races, and other problems within the race, it's ok. Refrain from ranting about not being prioritized to level up or to be unsealed. Alway put yourself in other people's shoes, before you start chatting. And, always remember that other members have their own characters to prioritize.
