Everything was ready. The character level of Hastur was enough to become the guild leader of the guild's extension, Holy.Order. The other guild councils were removed to assure that only 2 characters had control over the guild -- Learsea and Hastur. First, they tried to elect Hastur. It didn't work. Next, Learsea tried demoting herself so that Hastur could nominate himself as the guild leader. That didn't work either.

So, they tried what Antherion did when leadership was transferred to him from Hoseah, and that required Learsea to leave the guild. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. The plan to transfer the leadership to Hastur is connected to Empowering Members with Leadership Skills. Hastur is not new, but he needs to learn how to handle his own guild in the RF realm. Antherion would be his mentor, and then another leader will be chosen after a certain period.

With this roadblock, the guild is looking for other options, including creating a new guild, or asking the game's GMs for information on how to transfer the guild's leadership to someone else.
